This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Challenge Rate platform. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility Window
Challenge Rate offers a return or exchange facility within 1 (one) day from the date of purchase. Once this window has elapsed, no return, exchange, or refund of any kind will be entertained.

Requests submitted after the 1-day window will not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
2. Conditions for Return / Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
- The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels, tags, and accessories intact
- Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price may not be eligible for return or exchange — this will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase
- Only items that are found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery will be eligible for exchange
3. Non-Returnable Categories
Certain product categories are exempt from the return and refund policy. These categories will be clearly identified on the product listing page at the time of purchase. By placing an order for such products, you acknowledge and accept that they are non-returnable.

Challenge Rate will always inform you of non-returnable product categories before you complete your purchase.
4. Return Inspection & Processing
Once a return or exchange request is accepted and the product is received by us, the following process will apply:
- Step 1: The returned product will be inspected by our quality control team
- Step 2: You will receive an email notification acknowledging receipt of the returned item
- Step 3: Upon completion of the quality check, you will be notified of the outcome (approval or rejection)
- Step 4: If approved, your return or exchange will be processed in accordance with our policies

Challenge Rate reserves the right to reject a return request if the item does not meet the eligibility conditions outlined in Section 2.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange request, please:
- Contact our customer support team within the 1-day return window
- Provide your order ID, the reason for return, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage (where applicable)
- Await confirmation from our team before shipping the product back
Returns sent without prior authorisation from Challenge Rate will not be accepted.
