ChallengeRate is a B2B wholesale platform for retail distribution. We are replacing traditional distributors with a local trust network — warehouse partners, sales partners, and guarantors, each covering a local zone. We are live with areca nut (supari) as our first product category, and growing from Surat.
Role Overview
We need a designer to work on our website and app — the screens buyers, partners, and our team use every day. You'll turn how ChallengeRate works into simple, clear screens.
Key Responsibilities
Design web and app screens for buyers and partners
Simplify complex flows — stock, orders, payments — into easy screens
Keep design consistent across the platform
Work closely with the founder and developers to ship fast
What We're Looking For
A portfolio showing real web and/or app design work
Good with Figma
Can design for complex flows without making them feel complicated
Based in Surat, available to work on-site
