ChallengeRate is a B2B wholesale platform for retail distribution. We are replacing traditional distributors with a local trust network — warehouse partners, sales partners, and guarantors, each covering a local zone. We are live with areca nut (supari) as our first product category, and growing from Surat.
Role Overview
We need someone to support the purchase side of a product category — working with purchase partners who supply stock. Hands-on learning in sourcing and supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Support coordination with purchase partners for stock supply
Track incoming stock and match it against orders placed
Help resolve supply or stock mismatches
Assist with purchase reporting
What We're Looking For
Student or recent graduate, interested in business or trade
Comfortable talking to suppliers/partners directly
Organized, detail-focused
Based in Surat, available to work on-site
